Shipping.

Shipping costs here in the United Kingdom are set at .80p per order so buying more than one item is a wise choice as you pay just the one P&P charge no matter how many different itms you buy. We will also take payment in UK by postal order. You will need to contact us with your order details if you wish to use this method of payment. Your order will be sent out as soon as we receive the postal order from you. Please make payable to Jill Liddle.

We do ship orders worldwide, but as the P&P prices vary so much from country to country we ask our international customers to contact us with your order details before you buy. That way we can weigh your package and give you an accurate P&P cost to your country. All overseas packages are sent 1st class Airmail.

We post out Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays.


Returns Policy.

All our orders are securely packaged, but should you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your package when it arrives, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will then get back to you, usually with in 24 hours of receiving your e-mail, to solve the problem. If the goods are damaged through a fault at "Craft-e-Design" then we will replace the order at no extra cost to yourselves. However, if you decide you no longer require your order, but it has already been despatched to you, you must contact us within 48 hours stating that you are returning the package and why and must return it within 7 days of receipt. The buyer will be responsible for any return P&P costs. The goods will only be accepted for return if in a new, unopened, unused state. Once we receive your returned package we will refund the cost of the items only. Any return P&P costs are not refundable.
